Welcome to Voxmemo Voice Memo ("Voxmemo," "this application," or "Service"). This Service is provided by Planbwork ("we" or "the Company").

By using Voxmemo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

Voxmemo is an AI voice memo application that provides the following main features:

  • Voice recording and transcription
  • Smart todo categorization
  • Expense tracking (income/expense)
  • Local data storage

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian

4. Usage Rules

When using Voxmemo, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose (unless with our written permission)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Voxmemo (including voice recordings, todos, expense records, etc.). This data is stored locally on your device.

5.2 Our Content

The Voxmemo application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Planbwork or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions, you grant us the unrestricted right to use such feedback without compensation to you.

6. Third-Party Services

Voxmemo uses third-party cloud AI services for speech-to-text and smart categorization. By using these features, you agree to the terms of use and privacy policies of the relevant service providers.

7. Privacy Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Voxmemo, you agree to our processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Service Provided "As Is"

Voxmemo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Speech transcription or smart categorization results will be accurate
  • The Service will meet all your needs or expectations

8.3 Financial Disclaimer

Voxmemo's expense tracking feature is for personal record-keeping only and does not constitute financial advice. Please do not use it as the sole basis for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Planbwork and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Service interruption or data loss

Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planbwork and its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Service.

11. Service Modification and Termination

  • We may modify or terminate the Service at any time
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Termination does not affect any party's accrued rights or obligations

12. Terms Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Give you reasonable notice before changes take effect

Continued use of Voxmemo indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan)
  • Jurisdiction: The Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance
  • Dispute Resolution: Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through amicable negotiation

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service
  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may freely assign
