- Todo items: Tasks you input via voice or text
- Audio files: Voice recordings (used only for transcription)
- Expense records: Income and expense data you enter
1.2 Automatically Collected Data
We do not collect device identifiers, usage statistics, or crash reports.
Important: We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information. This app does not require account registration.

3. Data Storage & Security
3.1 Local Storage
- All todos and expense records are stored in your device's SQLite database
- Data is not automatically backed up to the cloud
- Deleting the app will also delete all local data
3.2 Cloud Processing
Third-party Cloud Processing:
- Audio files are used only for transcription and deleted immediately after processing
- Text content is used for smart categorization (time parsing, category detection) and is not permanently stored
- Processing follows the service provider's data handling policies
3.3 Security Measures
- All network transmissions use HTTPS encryption
- We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

- Modify: Edit or delete any record
- Delete: Uninstalling the app removes all local data

This app is not designed for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you discover that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete the data.
